Reporting a problem
Email support@geteasyroute.com with:
- what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened;
- your phone or tablet model, its iOS or Android version, and about when you last updated Easy Route;
- a screenshot of the screen, if you can take one.
There is no need to send your client list. If one client’s address is the problem, that address is enough.
Refunds
Easy Route is bought through the App Store or Google Play, so the store takes the payment and handles refunds, under its own rules.
- iPhone and iPad: ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or see Apple’s guide, Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.
- Android: ask Google Play; see Google’s guide, Google Play’s refund policies.
Who makes Easy Route
Easy Route is made and sold by BB Tech Systems LLC. On the App Store it is listed as “Easy Route Planner”, and on Google Play as “Easy Route”.
